Data Deletion
Effective date: 1 October 2026. You can delete your StadiPlus account and personal data at any time. Most data is erased within 30 days of your request.
How to delete your account
- Sign in and go to Settings → Privacy → Delete my account.
- Choose whether to download a copy of your data first.
- Confirm with the code we send to your phone or email.
Can't sign in? Email privacy@stadiplus.com from the address on your account, or with your registered phone number, and write "Delete my account". We confirm your identity before deleting anything.
Deleting only some data
You don't have to close your account to remove:
- an application (withdraw it under My applications)
- a CV or uploaded file
- an IQ or psychometric result, or just hide it from employers
- a proctoring snapshot or recording from a Verified attempt (the Verified badge for that test is removed)
- a salary report you added (points earned for it are removed too)
If you signed in or connected with LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram
- Remove access from StadiPlus: go to Settings → Connected accounts and choose Disconnect. We delete the access tokens immediately.
- Remove access from the platform: on Facebook go to Settings → Apps and Websites, or on LinkedIn go to Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services, and remove StadiPlus. When Facebook tells us you removed the app, we delete the data we received from it within 30 days.
- Check your request: after a Facebook removal you get a confirmation code. Email it to privacy@stadiplus.com to check progress.
- Job posts already published on an employer's LinkedIn or Facebook page stay on that page until the employer deletes them there.

Data held by employers
If you applied to a job, the employer may have downloaded your application. They control that copy. We will ask employers on StadiPlus to delete your data, but please also contact them directly.
Employer accounts
An account owner can close the company account under Company settings → Close account. Jobs, pipelines, interview recordings and staff training records are deleted within 30 days. Invoices are kept for 7 years. Export anything you need first.
Questions or complaints
Email privacy@stadiplus.com; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (Kenya) or the Personal Data Protection Office (Uganda).
